Thanks for making this list! From one Mom to another – I was also wholly unprepared! (Two days in and I’m googling “what can kids eat with braces”!) My 12 year old ate constantly before he got his braces on but he is still a super tiny fellow, so he really has no weight to lose! Hoping this list will assure he can keep his calories up! Thanks again!
